A series of two Workshops in Innovation and Research Management Capacity Building are being organised by the LT-Bridge Project.
We are pleased to announce our upcoming first Workshop on Innovation and Commercialisation. The event will take place online on 10th March, 10:00 – 13:00 (CET). This Workshop will target Researchers, Research Support Officers and Project
Coordinators/Primary Investigators, especially those who are currently involved in European Projects or are planning to apply for such funding, helping them to think commercially. The Workshop is open to ALL members of staff at the University of Malta.
The Workshop will focus on:
- How to develop a commercial mindset
- Customer discovery and business validation
- How to talk to potential customers and ask good questions
- Commercial outreach techniques
The Workshop will be delivered by Conor McNally (Business and Startup Manager, ADAPT Centre).
